Shree Pushpasen Sawant College of Agriculture is the first ever Agriculture College in Sindhudurg district established in the year 1992 to cater the need of technical & professional education in Konkan region especially in Sindhudurg district.
The college is affiliated to and approved by Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli. At present the college conducts Four Year B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture degree program From Academic year 2023-24.

Shri Pushpasen Bhiwaji Sawant ( Ex. MLA) a visionary & dynamic leader had laid the foundation of Indrayani Shikshan Prasarak Mandal in 1992 the formed society started Agricultural college at Digas in the Year 1995 and D.T Ed College in the Year 2009 at Wadi Humarmala to give a professional chances to the student completing S.S.C. & H.S.C. Indrayani Shikshan Prasarak Mandal has taken giant Leap in the AGRICULTURAL FIELD by establishment of SHREE PUSHPASEN SAWANT COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE, WADIHUMARMALA in the year 2023 and Agri Diploma in 1992 which was the 1st ever Agri diploma College in Sindhudurg district.
